Welcome to our 60m2 beautiful ,spacious and cozy place, which is a 5 -minute walk away from the heart of the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated with brand new furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
As our ambition is to give you the best experience, the apartment has a big smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite channels such as Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc.*, as well as easy access to fiber optic Internet for free 200/50Mbit
After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly, as well as DISINFECTED and SANITIZED to comply with the COVID-19 regulations.
You are more than welcome to become part of our happy family, and we will make sure to provide you with our best service and hospitality.

Access:
At the street around the building, you are staying in, there is 2 hour parking for free. On the opposite side of the building, there is a small parking lot with room for around 30 cars. In this parking lot there are 2-hours of free parking between 08.00 - 18.00 and after 18.00 until 8.00 the next morning.
As part of the booking process, we will provide you with the code for the apartment and you can check-in at any point after check-in time (See more information below).
Space:
The apartment is very bright and cozy, available for 4 guests. It has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with essentials such as towels and shampoo. There is a smart TV*, a dinner table for 4 people and al coffee/laptop table.
Baby highchairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in, duvet and pillows for babies are not available.
We provide everything to make you feel at home.
