The apartment is cozy and bright, with a beautiful Scandinavian minimalist design and contemporary furniture, a smart TV with HBO, Netflix, and other channels*, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Free access to a fast and stable WiFi connection 200/50Mbit is available.

After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly, as well as DISINFECTED and SANITIZED to comply with the COVID-19 regulations.

All guests have access to the parking lot which is located in front of the building, free of charge.


Space:
You will feel at home in this cozy and luxury apartment, available for 6 guests. Each of the bedrooms has a king-sized bed, the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including stove and fridge. It also has cutlery, cookware, and basic cooking supplies.
In the living room/common area there is a modern cozy sofa bed and next to it an easy chair that can be used for unwinding from the everyday life. There is also a smart TV*, a dinner table for 4 people and a small coffee/laptop table.


Baby highchairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in, duvets and pillows for babies are not available.


We provide everything to make you feel at home.

The smart TV comes with HDMI ports for your computer, gaming console, etc. Note, that you must bring your own device/cable if you want to connect it to the TV.

This place embraces quietness and just to make your stay even more pleasant, a beautiful garden waits for you outside the building where you can relax and enjoy some peace of mind. Additionally, there is a big terrace that can be used by our guests for a barbecue**.

Welcome to our lovely modern apartment. Inside this bright place you will find a bedroom which has a king-sized bed and a smart TV*; a fully equipped spacey kitchen with all appliances, including a stove, a fridge, and a dishwasher. It also has cutlery, cookware, and basic cooking supplies. In the middle of the kitchen, we have a dining table for 4 people.
The living room includes two sofas that can also be used as beds if needed, a smart TV* and a small sofa table. The bathroom is equipped with a nice and relaxing bathtub, and essentials such as towels, shampoo, and soap.

Washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the hallway of the ground floor and they can be used by all the guests of the Villa Firenze.
