Description
There are 3 bedrooms. One is a double bedroom with one double bed ,the master bedroom has 1 king-size bed and another bedroom has 2 single beds. The master bedroom features an en-suite and enough storage to hide away countless bags of memoirs and shopping.
There is a second bathroom featuring both a large bath and shower. The living and dining rooms are open plan - perfect for kids to play or to entertain additional guests. The kitchen features everything you would expect. There are skylight windows and hard flooring throughout giving the apartments loads of natural light and a lovely feel.
The apartment is situated on the top floor. Don't worry though, you have an elevator to do the hard work for you! It's just as well that you are so high up as this ensures peace and quiet during the night and stunning views during the day on your very own private balcony.
Edinburgh's Royal Mile is un-deniably Edinburgh's most famous street not just in Edinburgh but in all of Scotland. Most of the nearby area had to be rebuilt in the 1820s as a result of the Great Edinburgh Fire. The versatility of architecture and design through central Edinburgh is breath-taking and rich in culture.
There is enough things to see and do for a full week just within a 15 minute walk of the apartment. Just to name a few, there is Edinburgh Castle, St Giles Cathedral, Whisky tasting, modern and traditional bars and eateries, Dynamic Earth, Arthur's Seat, niche and quirky shops in addition to all the big brands, numerous historic sites and tours and much more.
Important things to note:
The building has an elevator from the ground floor up to the 4th floor where the apartment is situated. However, when you enter into the apartment, you need to walk up 1 flight of stairs up to the landing where you will be greeted with the corridor connecting all of the rooms.
The living room does not have a sofa bed. Instead, it has a large good quality queen size self inflatable air mattress.
