Welcome to your paradise: Poolincluded - Dream Villam. Your holiday home consists of 4 independent apartments, spread over this spacious agriturismo. It offers you plenty of privacy, space, peace and fun, for each of you. The pool and the covered summerkitchen / livingroom makes it a nice place to be and to share with your family and friends.
The 4 next door apartments, all have their own kitchen, bathroom, terrace and bedroom of which 1 apartment has 2 bedrooms. So each of your group or family can have their privacy. At the property you have your private pool in a rural setting, with sunbrellas and loungers. At the hart of the property, there is an big covered and open living room with a summer kitchen, a huge BBQ and a pizzaoven. In front there is a lawn for the kids to play or for fun sports.
Sumber is a small farmer village, in the middle-eastern part of Istria, between Pazin and Rabac. As soon you enter this rural village, you will relax and slow down. The property is owned by a friendly family, they are your only neighbors, respecting you privacy and giving you a warm welcome. Next to the summer kitchen, you can use on request the original Farmers Tavern or so called Konoba of the family.
The east coast is only 8 km away, Medulin and its beaches 25 km to the south, Pula with its Roman Theater 30 km to the south-west and Rovinj 25 km at the West side. Do visit the wineyards and do a ólive oil tasting, ask the owner for the best places to go.
