You arrived at a lovely spot, well-equipped and sophisticated! This charming, newly built Poolincluded Villa Dalmatia with its lovely private pool enjoys a peaceful rural location in the village of Debeljak. It is located less than 6 km away from the nearest pebbly beach and well known Marina of Sukosan. Also, old town of Zadar can be reached in a short 15 minute drive. During our visit for Poolincluded.com we got impressed by the relaxed atmosphere.

The exterior of your holiday home offers you a nice, fenced garden, a private swimming pool which is open from 01/04 until 15/10, large covered terrace well equipped with outdoor furniture and a spacious tavern with traditional stone BBQ. There, you can enjoy preparing meals and spending relaxing moments with your friends and family. Tastefully decorated interior consists of 2 modern bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining area, as well as 2 large bathrooms with a shower. All furnishing in this house is hand made, using only high quality materials. Holiday home Dalmatia can accommodate a group of up to 6 persons, for which plenty of private parking space is provided. You are also welcome to pick up fresh vegetables from the garden!

The nearest beach and many great restaurants are only 6km away. From Sukosan there are daily boat excursions to the National park Kornati. In 1h driving distance you can also visit National park Krka Waterfalls and NP Paklenica, the most important climbing center in Croatia.

Due to unpleasant experiences in the past, a minimum age of 25 years applies for bookings with groups.
