This amazing estate with its 2 spacious detached houses and 2 private infinity swimming pools enjoys a quiet, rural location in the village of Kakma. A perfect location to enjoy a relaxed holiday with plenty of privacy. Only 6 km from Biograd na Moru, a famous coastal resort on the Adriatic Coast.
Your extraordinary accomodation is consisted of 2 detached houses built up on a perfectly maintained 2000 m private estate. Each house has its own infinity pool 55 m² and 32 m², beautiful covered terraces and BBQ facilities. They are devided just by fence and easilly, by opening wooden door this charming accomodation becomes a paradise for a group of up to 18 persons.
The main house with a 55 m² infinity pool and huge veranda with BBQ, offers a comfortable stay for 12 persons. The interiour spreads out over two levels, offering 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large living/dining area with access to the covered terrace, 5 cozy bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms.
The second detached house ( 100 m² ) has been completely renovated and offers a beautiful living space, a fully equipped open kitchen and two spacious bedrooms with private bathroom. There is additional a gallery bedroom with 2 single beds. From the living room you can access the spacious 72 m² covered terrace and the beautiful 32 m² infinity pool.
Both the infinity pools are open from 01/05 until 15/10. There's a large grill available in the garden. Charming summer house with outdoor kitchen is convenientlly positioned just next to the swimming pool. The pleasant terraces feature a dining table and nice rattan furniture, perfect to relax and have breakfast or dinner together with your family or friends.
You can reach the Adriatic Sea in less than 10 minutes by car; here you can choose between sandy, pebble or stone beaches. This is where daily boat excursions to the Kornati Islands leave from.
At 8 km from your holiday home you'll find another nature reserve, lake Vrana; an ideal spot for anglers and bird watchers.
In less than an hour's drive you can also visit national park Paklenica and the Krka waterfalls, as well as the ancient town of Zadar.
This holiday home does not allow groups of young people under 24 years of age.
