Looking for a villa with a View and a Pool? This wonderful Poolincluded Villa Nika is located in Podgradina, a small village overlooking the bay of Novigrad. With its private swimming pool and amazing views at the sea and Velebit mountain, it can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 12 persons. Checked by Poolincluded.com and approved as very comfortable and affordable.
Your house consists of 2 separate apartments, both belonging exclusively to you, as one unit. Each is equipped with their own living/dining room and a kitchen. In total there are 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet for your convenience.
In the spacious, fenced garden you will find your private swimming pool, a charming sea view covered terrace, barbecue facilities and a sun shower. Enough gated parking spaces are secured for the guests, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection. The swimming pool is open from 14/05 until 15/10.
A grocery store can be found just down the road, in the village, while Posedarje which is located only 3 km away has various restaurants, pizza places, bakeries, supermarkets, a sandy beach and so on. The nearest beach is situated even closer, down the hill from the location of your holiday home, at a distance of about 1 km. National Park Paklenica, the most prominent climbing center in Croatia can be reached in a short 20-minute car drive, while Zadar, the regional center of Northern Dalmatia is less than half an hour away. This makes Podgradina an attractive base to spend your next stress-free vacation with the possibility of easily exploring the rest of this amazing region.
