This recently constructed villa with its private (and heated) swimming pool is located in Zerava, a small village only 13km from Zadar city center. Surrounded by nature and built in Mediterranean style it consists of two sperate units and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons. The heated pool is open from 15.04-15.10.
Each of the units features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant living/dining area. From there direct accesses is provided to a lovely covered terrace which overlooks the garden. Next to the garden you have a private heatable swimming pool, loungers, barbecue facilities and a trampoline for the children. The nearest beach is located in Ljubac is only 5km away and a 15 minute car drive will lead you to Zadar. There you can walk through the narrow streets of old town and encounter a Roman Forum, churches from roman and mediaeval periods as well as little restaurants offering local delicacies.
The area around your accommodation is known for sandy beaches and nice nature therefore, an ideal place for a relaxed family vacation. Also, it can be a perfect starting point for exploring the rest of the region as nearby islands of Vir and Pag are connected to mainland by bridge and easily reachable. National park Paklenica, Croatia's largest climbing center is only half an hour away and daily excursions to NP Kornati are organized from Zadar on daily basis.
