In the charming stone courtyard there is your heated, private swimming pool, together with an outdoor dining table, plenty of sun loungers and barbecue facilities.
The nearest beach is located a short 5-minute walk away, at the same distance you will restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and so much more. In a radius of 3-4 km there are many famous sandy beaches such as: Queens Beach in Nin, Bilotinjak Beach in Zaton, Sabunike Beach and many others. Zadar with it famous old town and rich cultural heritage is situated only 15 km away. There you can walk on the ancient Roman Forum, explore narrow streets, visit numerous churches and museums or visit the world-famous Sea Organs. Last but not least, within an hour's drive you will be able to see 3 nearby National Parks: Paklenica, Krka Waterfalls and Plitvice Lakes.
