Welcome to this well maintained and atmospheric Holiday Home! Villa Lukica is situated in Privlaka, less than a 20 minute drive from Zadar and its famous old town. The area around the house is well known for sandy beaches perfectly suited for families and children, with the nearest beach only 650 m away. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room decorated with the upmost care, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and a modern bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, both equipped with TVs, air condition devices and sea view balconies.
The large courtyard offers a beautiful covered terrace where you can enjoy local dishes and domestic wine. Next to your holiday home there is also a little house with table tennis, bikes and children's facilities.
Within a distance of 600-700 m you will find sandy beaches, cafes, grocery stores, restaurants and much more. Picturesque town of Nin is just few minutes away. There, you could go to the windsurfing school or enjoy Dalmatian gastronomy. Ancient town of Zadar with its rich cultural heritage is only 20 km away. The most important climbing center in Croatia, Paklenica National Park is reachable within 1 hour of driving. National Parks Krka, Plitvice lakes and Kornati islands are also located in the region and could all be seen in a 1 Day excursion.
