About the outdoor: there is a small children's play area with a swing and trampoline, a ping-pong table, a swimming pool and you can play darts. The swimming pool is open from 17/04 until 31/10. A pizzeria, bakery and grocery stores are all reachable in a short walking distance. The nearest beach is located only 20 minutes away and the old town of Zadar with its narrow streets, old churches and interesting museums is also situated at a similar distance.
