As an ideal choice for a stress less holiday, seeking for a relaxed vacation, this charming chalet offers a maximum of privacy. Your 85 m² wooden cottage consists of two levels. The ground floor offers a cozy living/dining area with fireplace, open kitchen, comfortable bedroom, bathroom and nice covered terrace well equipped with outdoor furniture.
The first floor is reachable through outdoor stairs and offers a large room with 5 single loft beds which have a direct access to a lovely roofed terrace. The private garden includes a relax area with BBQ facilities as well as plenty of parking space.
Sveti Rok is a village surrounded by unspoiled nature that has a variety of outdoor activities to offer. Climbing on the top of hill Zir, fishing in the Sveti Rok lake, cycling trails, forrests where herbs or mushrooms can be collected is all located in less than 5 km distance. Lake Stikada, 20 km away from Sveti Rok is a home of the biggest perch in Croatia for sport fishing lovers and for hunters, there is also a private hunting zone 12 km away. The Adriatic sea is located only 40 km far from Sveti Rok and could easily be reached by car in less than half an hour. National Park Paklenica, frequently visited by climbers and mountain sport lovers is also at the same distance. Ancient town Zadar, situated on the Adriatic Sea is 65 km away.
