Poolincluded Villa Vir is located only 80 meters from a beautiful sandy beach, on the island of Vir, a popular tourist destination connected to Zadar county by a bridge. This area is well known for its sandy beaches, perfectly suitable for families and children. Poolincluded Villa Vir provides a comfortable accommodation for a group of up to 12 persons.
The ground floor offers a tastefully decorated living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fitness room. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with terrace access and another 2 additional bathrooms. Also, you have a guesthouse with its own entrance featuring an open kitchen, a nice living/dining area, modern bedroom, cozy bathroom and a nice terrace suitable for a maximum of 4 persons. All rooms in the villa are equipped with an air conditioning device. A beautiful fenced garden consists of a 55 m² private swimming pool, sundeck area with sun loungers, a lovely covered terrace and BBQ facilities. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 16/10. There is a small home gym at your disposal and 4 private parking spots are secured for the guests.
Within a short walking distance you will find a restaurant, cafes and a grocery store. It is also convenient that the nearest beach is located just down the street. Vir is situated only 10 km from Nin, a town where the smallest cathedral in the world exists and 25 km from Zadar, the regional center of Northern Dalmatia. The most important climbing center in Croatia, Paklenica National Park is reachable in 1h car drive, while National Parks Krka, Plitvice lakes and Kornati islands can all be seen in a 1 Day excursion.
