Relax and have fun with your family and friends in this beautifully designed villa with private pool! This is a detached house located 2 km from the center of Zadar on a private property of 850 m². Your spacious Poolincluded Villa Beatrix provides an excellent stay for up to 7 persons and offers a great location as it is close to the beaches and the city center.
The living space consists of 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and a spacious living/dining area. From there you have direct access to a beautiful covered terrace which overlooks the garden. There is a private 30 m² swimming pool for you in a well-kept back yard with lawn and trees where you can also have barbecues. The swimming pool is open from 30/04 until 31/10. There are 2 garage spaces available for you, as well as an extra parking spot inside the front gate.
The city center is easily reachable and offers exceptional history and rich cultural heritage. Walking through the narrow streets of old town you will encounter a Roman Forum, churches from roman and mediaeval periods as well as little restaurants offering Mediterranean delicacies.
You can choose between sandy and pebbled beaches which are all in your vicinity. Also, Zadar is surrounded by 5 national Parks: Kornati islands, Plitvice lakes, Krka, Paklenica and North Velebit which clasiffy Zadar as one of the most attractive tourist destination in Croatia.
