Spacious double private room in this large shared duplex apartment is located on the ground floor. Your room is fully furnished, spacious, well equipped and has its own ensuite with a very large and modern shower and WC. Your bed, mattress and bedding are superb quality, the linen is 100% cotton and all of our laundry is laundered to a very high standard. We take pride in our services and ensure all of our rooms (including communal areas) are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.

Downstairs, there is a shared bathroom (featuring a large bath and shower), a shared WC, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen is very large and has lots of nice features including two sinks, a large refrigerator and separate freezer, an enormous oven and gas hob, a coffee machine and everything else you would expect in a well-equipped kitchen.

The living room is huge and features LED and mood strip lighting, lamps, a pool table, 3 double sofa beds and solid flooring ideal for entertaining. The room can also be rearranged into your very own cinema with its surround LED lighting and smart TV with access to all of your favourite TV shows and films. This room can also be arranged into a games room and entertainment space.
There is also a separate cinema room off the main hallway for watching your favourite films, series and more.
Your private bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located on the ground floor and the communal spaces (living room, cinema room, kitchen and garden) are located downstairs.

To the rear of the apartment is a large, well-maintained garden - a wonderful place to spend time on sunny days or even summer nights.

The apartment is situated in a wonderful location in the city centre yet feels secluded from the business of the streets. This is perhaps due to only one bedroom at the front and the rest of the rooms are either at the rear of the property and/or on the lower level - still with lots of natural light - and away from the hustle and bustle of being right in the city centre.
