Feel the eternal beauty of Dubrovnik in this comfortable apartment settled in a quiet street with a panoramic and sea view. Our attractive studio apartment SKY of 35 m² is for 2+1 person. It consist of one room with king size double bed, sofa - one extra bed if needed, mini kitchen, bathroom, exit to open air - balcony with panoramic and sea view. In this romantic apartment towels and linens are provided. Also in the kitchen you have a refrigerator, stove, microwave, flap toaster and kettle. Private bathroom feature a shower and hydro-massage shower, towels, a hairdryer and free toiletries.
Villa is new, settled in safe, peaceful and quiet area. Our apartment is on the second floor and finished with quality materials, excellent insulation, and wooden floor in the room.
Location is perfect for sightseeing Dubrovnik, because of very near for all local buses in town (3 minutes from us). Dubrovnik port and marine, transfer and transit to the all islands of Dubrovnik is in 5 minutes by walk. Shops, supermarket, green and fish market, post office, banks, restaurants and caffe bars are in 3 - 5 minutes from us. Only one BIO shop in Dubrovnik, for groceries and food is in our neighborhood, 2 minutes from the apartment.
Old Town is only 3 bus stations away (5 minutes by bus), or you can walk for 18 - 20 minutes...
Dubrovnik beaches are also easy to reach from the apartment.
We can arrange your time of check in and out...What would be the best for you, depending of the guests before your reservation.... Transfers from Dubrovnik airport are available for affordable price. Washer / Dryer is also available for affordable price..

We are living near the apartment, so we could be there for all information's. Fully vaccinated hosts, but self check in we have on your disposal.
