This beautiful Villa Biograd for 10 persons is made of stone and provides a wonderful and unique place to spend your next care free vacation. As soon you are looking for an active vacation as well, Zadar with its famous old town is reachable in half an hour and the nearest beach is only 2 km away.
Villa Biograd spreads over two floors. Indoors you will have everything you need to ensure the vacation of a lifetime. This rustic-style villa is set up with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area as well as beautiful dining room which seats ten people. There is also two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in which there are massive beds made out of oak trees. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with one bathroom and beautifuly balcony with garden furniture. At the end, there is beautiful rustical bedroom on the second floor with en suite bathroom.
Outdoor area, more than 3000 m2 provides a range of options and there you can swim in your private pool, enjoy the sunny terrace and its surrounding nature, or enoy in outdoor fireplace where is large wooden table with shade. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 01/10. Room with gym is also at your disposal, billiards and darts as well as free bicycles which you can use to explore the region. The owner of the house has a restaurant with excellent local food nearby and will be happy to prepare one lunch for you at the expense of the house.
