Welcome to Poolincluded Holiday house Kakma with private infinity pool, situated in the small village of Kakma on your large private estate. In the well maintained fenced garden accompanied by olive trees you have your own paradise. This spacious 260 m² holiday house features two separate units both equipped with l living/dining room, modern fully equipped open kitchen, 5 bedrooms in total, 3 bathrooms and 2 beautiful covered terraces. It can accommodate up to 12 people. From the living room located on the ground floor there is a direct access to the swimming pool where you can relax with your friends and family. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 15/10. Nice summer house with outdoor kitchen and big dining table is conveniently located next to your private pool. There is a nice open fire place at your disposal. The owner is happy to offer you fresh seasonal vegetables from his garden, free of charge. In the wonderful garden there is a nice children's area as well as several parking spaces.
Within a 10 minutes drive you can reach the Adriatic Sea and choose between sandy, pebbled or stone beaches. Biograd is a well known nautical and tourist destination on the Adriatic Coast. There are boat excursions to the National park Kornati islands organised on daily basis. Only 8 km from the Holiday house Kakma there is a Park of Nature Vrana lake, attractive for recreational fisherman and birdwatchers. In less than 1 hour driving distance you can visit National parks Paklenica and Krka waterfalls as well as ancient town of Zadar.
