Villa BruLuPe will enchant you with relaxing ambiance and a sense of ultimate tranquility.
Enjoy your stay in this brand new self - sustaining private estate of 1000 m² and constructed out of high quality local stone with energy obtained exclusively from solar power. The water is mostly obtained through rainwater and is a great treasure. Our Villa of 170 m² can comfortably accommodate a group of up to 10 persons. Tastefully decorated living room with fully equiped kitchen and dinning area overlooking the pool and your sea bay, is connected with a huge terrace and lovely sundeck area. A charming decorated master bedroom with en suite bathroom is also settled on the ground floor, the same like an extra bathroom connected to the living area. Three seaview bedrooms, each with flat SMART TV inside are spread over the first floor with a walk in bathroom.
Th spacious outside area offers you a fantastic, heatable private infinity pool with whirpool, a beautiful covered terrace with dining table and traditional open fire place, basketball court, bowling alley and tennis table. It is just a few stairs to the beach, with your kayak and a small boat you reach the extra quality restaurant on the bay accross the sea.
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 10/10. Villa BruLuPe is a perfect accommodation for two families or a group of friends and is open to all people of good will, different sexual orientation and national origin. As we are just 500m away from a very famous restaurant, just accross the sea, we allow our guests to use our small boat to reach there, if have a regular licence for driving boat of course. Also, we can organize private speedboat to get the guests to the restaurant and back. A car is reccomended during your stay in our house.
