Having diner at the pool with sea view included? This lovely newly built Poolincluded Villa Lozice is located in Lozice, only 400 m from the beach and 2 km from Vir city center. The modern living and dining areas are located on the ground floor, as well as a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom. Three bedrooms with balcony access, along with another modern bathroom are situated on the top floor. Comfortable double sofa bed is on your disposal in the living area providing accomodation for 8 persons .
There is a swimming pool in the garden, where you will also find a covered terrace with dining table, sun loungers and barbecue facilities. The swimming pool is open from 01/05 until 31/10. Enough parking spaces are secured for the guests and a free WiFi connection is available.
This villa provides a great location as it is situated in a quiet residential area. Nearest beach is only 400 meters away and center of Vir can be reached in a slow 20 minute walk. Island of Vir is situated only 10 km from Nin, well known for its sandy beaches and 25 km away from Zadar, the regional center of Northern Dalmatia, rich in cultural heritage. National Park Paklenica, Croatia's most prominent climbing destination can be reached in an hours drive, while 3 other national parks are also nearby (NP Krka, NP Plitvice and NP Kornati) and can all be visited in a 1 day excursion.
Due to unpleasant experiences in the past, a minimum age of 25 years applies for bookings with groups.
