This lovely semi-detached Seaview holiday house Vinjerac is located in Vinjerac, a peaceful coastal village overlooking the Velebit mountains. Situated only 50 meters from a sandy beach, this property can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons.
Your vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a large double bed and one with a bunk bed), a bathroom, an additional toilet, an open plan kitchen which includes a dishwasher and a cozy living/dining area with an extra single sofa bed. The balcony located on the top floor provides an amazing sea view and there is a nice private terrace in front of your house, a lovely place to hang out with family and friends. Also, you have extra a shared covered terrace at your disposal. It is equipped with a stone BBQ and a large dining table.
Less than 1 minute walk is required to reach the beach and if you walk for a few minutes, there is a restaurant, a grocery store and a café in your vicinity. Thanks to the proximity of the sea and Velebit mountains, Vinjerac has fresh and clean air which is healthy for people with respiratory difficulties. Zadar and its famous old town are only 30 km away. Entrance to the most prominent climbing center in Croatia, National park Paklenica is 20min away. Proximity to Velebit with its parks, caves, paths and bike routes makes this area attractive for those who seek an active vacation.
